THAILAND TEFL HEAVEN PROGRAMS:
Our TEFL Heaven TEFL Programs in Thailand always consist of TEFL training and then a guaranteed TEFL teaching placement, and it’s important we recruit the right kind of people to teach English. You cannot instantly book our TEFL programs like other programs out there – you need to be interviewed first. The application process is simple as long as you are the right type of person.
Send us the following documents:
- TEFL Heaven application form (download here).
- Current CV/ Resume.
- A nice smiley picture that you would be happy for a potential employer to see.
- A YouTube introduction clip (optional).
In the YouTube clip, please explain who you are (education, experience, hobbies etc) and why you want to teach in Thailand – keep it to a maximum of 2 minutes. YouTube clips are becoming more and more popular as it really helps schools to get a better feel for the kind of person you are and the kind of teacher you will be.
One of our applicants allowed us to post her application video on our website. See below how your video clip could be:

SOUTH KOREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS (EPIK):
We work through our partner who specialises in EPIK and sends hundreds of teachers to EPIK each year. In order to apply for these opportunities, please send us the following documents:
- Current CV/ Resume.

Our TEFL Program in Costa Rica consists of a TEFL course and a guaranteed job afterwards. Therefore, it is important to us to recruit the right people.

Once we received the documents we set up a Skype interview with you. Just if you pass the interview you get the chance to book yourself on this amazing experience.
1) Send us your current CV, a smiley picture of yourself and this application form. Please note that the personal statement in the application form needs to be filled out fully and you need to state your motivations for joining the program.

2) If your initial application is successful, we set up an interview time and ask you to confirm the time via email.
3) Upon passing the interview we will send your details to our partner organisation in India for approval.
4) Upon approval from our partner organisation, a placement contract will need to be signed by the candidate and you are free to book your place on the program.
5) When the signed copy of the placement contract has been scanned and sent to ETA, an offer letter and employment contract will then be sent to the applicant to be signed. When ETA receives a scanned copy of this signed contract, the documents required for to obtain the working visa will be sent to the candidate.
6) When all these documents have been received by the applicant they will then be able to go and get the necessary working visa to legally teach in India. For more information on this process please view the ‘Applying for the visa’ page.
7) Once you have obtained your visa you are ready to fly out and let the adventure begin. Having provided your flight details, arrangements will be made for you to be met at Thiruvananthapuram airport, where you will then be transported to Kovalam bay for your relaxing 2 day break and introduction to India.
It’s important we get all documents stated above or we cannot progress your application.
